Chris Semonelli is the founder and executive director of the NACPG. Chris is a Member of the Rhode Island Disabilities Council and the Vice chair of the Rhode Island Force Family Advocacy Group working tirelessly for the developmentally disabled community. He served on the Middletown Town Council from 2008 through 2014, and was Middletown town council president between from 2008-10 and 2012-14.
He was a member of the ambassador design team, developed by The Council on Elementary and Secondary Education which developed and wrote the next strategic plan for elementary and secondary education in Rhode Island,
He has been involved in various volunteer activities for many years to enhance the educational and career opportunities available to middle and high students in the Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math ( STEAM) environment.
He is the President of Coated Technical Solutions and Vice President of Erez USA. He is currently on the board of the IFAI Advanced Textiles Products (ATP) group , a member of the Rhode Island Textiles Innovation Network (RITIN), and on the board of FabNewport in Newport Rhode Island. Chris holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and MBA from Pepperdine University.
